At Longbarn we have created a new continuous provision Construction Area in the garden and the children love it. We have had lots of imaginative play, exploration of the resources to create role play environments modelling actions they have observed or discussed. During this free play the children also used their mathematical skills and knowledge to problem solve the space and physical skills in order to create the structures. The children have thoroughly enjoyed this area!
